Sussmayr is generally believed to have composed the Lacrimosa in Mozart's Requiem. But still...

On the other hand, we both like Cuban music. Ole! Oh wait, that's Spanish and Mexican, not Cuban. Never mind. Nevermind? Oh, I like that, too.

Yeah off topic but that really bothers me as a writer. Everyone writes nevermind. It just makes sense. It doesn't make sense to separate it into two words, because the meaning of "never mind" is not the same as nevermind. It was tripping me up on AIM for a while because it kept underlining it and I was like what?? What's wrong with nevermind? haha.

For instance:

Oh, don't worry about Tom, he never minds.

-versus-

Oh, nevermind, I'll do it myself!

Clearly they are two different uses and nevermind is proper English. At least I've almost never seen anyone write or say "nevermind" as two words in the last example.

But alas, I know, I know, Nirvana

I too enjoy Enya and Lorena McKennit. I also like Flogging Molly.
