ST What one thing in TFA would really tick you off?

For me it is if Han Solo dies. I just think this was Harrison Ford's condition for returning. Maybe I'm wrong, but if not I think this is insulting to the fans. I prefer to think they lived happily ever after, and if a character like that is going to die then it should be in Episode IX when it is unlikely he'd ever be in another SW movie after that anyway.

 

If Snoke's design is disappointing.

 

If any of the new leads (Rey, Finn, and Poe) die.

 

If BB-8 becomes the new "Jar Jar" as in they think they'll like him and then they just turn on him and hate him and gets the "Most annoying character since Jar Jar" thing.

 

If they lived happily ever after then TFA shouldn't have been made in the first place

(What would tick me off? If there wasn't at least a brief scene of other starfighters besides the X-Wing and standard TIE Fighter)

 

Luke having a worthless cameo at the end

 

Happily ever after? When you go up against proper villains there are going to be character's dying. That should continue in the next two.

 

Honestly, I don't think any one thing could tick me off. Everything depends on executions, context and storytelling. Obviously, however, there are some things that I would find harder to accept than others. For example, dark side Luke. That would have to be handled extraordinarily well.

 

If they kill of Kylo and/or make Rey some invincible overpowered Mary Sue who sucks all the tension out of every fight scene cause you know she'll win cause the film is too scared to have her hurt or appear weak in any way.

 

An over-emphasis on OT nostalgia.

 

A lack of snappy/witty dialogue. The OT had lots of it, the PT needed more of it, and the ST won't be fun if the same characters from the OT have a bunch of boring lines amidst all of the action that will go down.

 

If no Luke!!!

 

People can say all they want that Han dying is great, but if it happens its gonna really tick me off.

 

Not knowing who Rey's parents are!!!

I will be ticked off if Kylo Ren dies. I don't want him to be another Darth Maul.

 

If anything from the EU makes it in. I want EU fans who have been upset that it was beaten to death to be even more miserable when they watch the film. Their suffering is my joy.

Did some EU fans beat you up in school one time or something? If you have been paying close attention some EU stuff is making its way in.

 

If 3PO or R2 die. They have to live to tell the story to the Whills.
