At this upcoming meeting we are voting on a City Rep.
What else do you think we should vote on?
I can think of just Secratary.
Any idea's?

well i was thinking media and promotion of the club could be one we can vote for. maybe even two people can we in charge of that. then also secretary, to like copy down the minutes from the meeting.

I'm the "Public Relations" counsiler (we've got a jedi council system) in our group. Handles both developing relations with local media and other area groups (including SW fan groups) Might want to give that a try. First thing you should look at (after CR) is some kind of VP or second in command.

Depending on how many ACTIVE members you have...keep the "officers" to a minimum for the time being. we have 1-6 ratio (5 JEDI COUNCIL - 30 people) and that seems to work out for the best. We also have a number of junior officers (JEDI MASTERS) who take care of administrative things like secretary, archives, and newsletter...mainly gets our younger members involved.
