I thought the umpiring was diabolical last week especially in the 3rd quarter & that wasn't whinging about costing a game, the Crows smashed Melbourne, but the 3rd quarter martin Ellis was unbelievable. Tippet was saddled as he's being tonight also. The fact this kid at 21 is that good is a credit to him because the defenders are riding him like a horse !!

The problem needs to be addressed by the AFL. The first problem is to admit you have a problem & the AFL live in denial & not that river in Egypt

However you only have to listen to MMM or 5AA & they are always on about it. KG especially is hot on the "elite" standards, the competentcy in the SANFL seems fine, but the AFL has BIG problems & any non Vic club will say so.

The Sean Burgoyne suspension is a farce & good on Mark Williams for backing his player. Sam Mitchell not only got a glancing blow but went on to be best on ground. Far be it for me to back Port but enough is enough. Burgoyne should not've even been reported let alone given 3 matches.

A BIG broom needs to swept through AFL house in the umpiring department, the standard & the judicial system. It's beyond a joke.
