    "Easily it would be

Its Dangerous Buisness - By Underoath

    OR

Dead and Broken - Alkaline Trio "

    OF COURSE!

Um I mean, do they play music or something?

    "Evanessence sucks"

Maybe true, maybe not. They must be a lot better than the crap you are listening too as I have actually heard of Evanessence.

WITHOUT A DOUBT... THIS IS THE PERFECT SONG! IF YOU HAVEN'T HEARD IT, THEN DOWNLOAD IT!

STORY OF THE YEAR - UNTIL THE DAY I DIE

It conveys Ani's feelings about Padme...

    "Until The Day I Die"

    Until the day I die
I'll spill my heart for you, for you
    Until the day I die
I'll spill my heart for you

    As years go by
I race the clock with you
But if you died right now
You know that I'd die to
    I'd die too

You remind me of the times
When I knew who I was (I was)
But still the second hand will catch us
    Like it always does

    We'll make the same mistakes
I'll take the fall for you
I hope you need this now
Cause I know I still do

Until the day I die (Until the day I die)
I'll spill my heart for you
Until the day I die (Until the day I die)
I'll spill my heart for you

    Should I bite my tongue?
    Until blood soaks my shirt
    We'll never fall apart
Tell me why this hurts so much

My hands are at your throat
And I think I hate you
But still we'll say, "remember when"
    Just like we always do
    Just like we always do

Until the day I die (Until the day I die)
I'll spill my heart for you
Until the day I die (Until the day I die)
I'll spill my heart for you

    Yeah I'd spill my heart!!!
Yeah I'd spill my heart for you!!!

My hands are at your throat
And I think I hate you
    We made the same mistakes
    Mistakes like friends do

My hands are at your throat
And I think I hate you
    We made the same mistakes
    Made the same mistakes

    Until the day I die
I'll spill my heart for you, for you

Until the day I die (Until the day I die)
I'll spill my heart for you, for you
Until the day I die (Until the day I die)
I'll spill my heart for you
Until the day I die (Until the day I die)
    Until the day I die!!!

---wonderful song... Hard Rock... Great vocals...
    Very good indeed...
    Peace,

Underoath is a really good band, their early stuff being the best. I saw them with Eighteen Visions and The Chariot.

I agree with the person who said that AFI songs would work...plus, they're one of my favourite bands.

I also think that several songs by Arch Enemy would work. Maybe some songs by Lacuna Coil too. There are so many options that I couldn't even begin to list them all, but if anyone else familiar with these bands would like to back me up, go ahead.

I'd say it'd have to be "Slippin' into Darkness" by War, from the classic album "All Day Music".

Yes, there was a band from LA in the 70's called "War".

Yes, they are totally bad ass.

Yes, they had a song called "Slippin' into Darkness" that fits the Ani/Obi relationship to a "t".

Yes, you will seek out this song and feel their pain.

    Yesssssssssssss...

    Pardon Me

    Pardon me while I burst
    Pardon me while I burst
A decade ago, I never thought I would be,
at twenty three, on the verge of spontaneous combustion.
    Woe-is-me.
    But I guess that it comes with the territory;
an ominous landscape of never ending calamity.
I need you to hear, I need you to see that I have had all I can take and
exploding seems like a definite possibility to me.
So pardon me while I burst into flames.
I've had enough of the world and it's people's mindless games.
So pardon me while I burn and rise above the flame.
Pardon me, pardon me....I'll never be the same.
Not two days ago, I was having a look in a book
and I saw a picture of a guy fried up above his knees.
I said, I can relate, cause' lately I've been thinking of combustication
as a welcomed vacation from the burdens of the planet earth.
Like gravity, hypocrisy, and the perils of being in 3-D...
    but thinking so much differently.
So pardon me while I burst into flames.
I've had enough of the world and it's people's mindless games.
So pardon me while I burn and rise above the flame.
Pardon me, pardon me....I'll never be the same.
    never be the same.....
Pardon me while I burts into flames
    Pardon me, pardon me....
So pardon me while I burst into flames.
I've had enough of the world and it's people's mindless games.
So pardon me while I burn and rise above the flame.
Pardon me, pardon me....I'll never be the same.
pardon me....I'll never be the same.

Another one that springs to mind is:

    Three Days Grace
    Just Like You

    I could be mean
    I could be angry
You know I could be just like you

    I could be fake
    I could be stupid
You know I could be just like you

You thought you were standing beside me
You were only in my way
You?re wrong if you think that I?ll be just like you

You thought you were there to guide me
You were only in my way
You?re wrong if you think that I?ll be just like you
You thought you were there to guide me
You were only in my way
You?re wrong if you think that I?ll be just like you

    I could be cold
    I could be ruthless
You know I could be just like you

    I could be weak
    I could be senseless
You know I could be just like you

You thought you were standing beside me
You were only in my way
You?re wrong if you think that I?ll be just like you

You thought you were there to guide me
You were only in my way
You?re wrong if you think that I?ll be just like you
You thought you were there to guide me
You were only in my way
You?re wrong if you think that I?ll be just like you

On my own, cause I can?t take liven with you
I?m alone, so I won?t turn out like you
    Want me to

You thought you were standing beside me
You were only in my way
You?re wrong if you think that I?ll be just like you

You thought you were there to guide me
You were only in my way
You?re wrong if you think that I?ll be just like you
You thought you were there to guide me
You were only in my way
You?re wrong if you think that I?ll be just like you

    I could be mean
    I could be angry
You know I could be just like you

Judas Priest - "British Steel" (1980) as soundtrack for ROTS
    ============================================================
This great metal album is basically a sundtrack for ROTS, as no one song alone is sufficient. I was thinking about what song would fit Anakin, as this album was the first that sprung to mind. It occurred to me how appropriate each of the songs were to an aspect or scene in ROTS. I've given each song a ROTS-related subtitle, to help illustrate. Enjoy. Any and all feedback is welcome.

    1. Rapid Fire (aka "Anakin's Theme")
    ------------------------------------
With its defiant tone of delivering desutruction to a waiting world, this song could play during Anakin's more vengeful moments, such as "The Separatist Slaughter," "The Slaughter of the Younglings," and "The Duel." It's also a good song to start the movie off with, because it almost feels like the tale of a soldier or warrior who is bent on righting what they see as wrong in the world. For Anakin, we know this to be a misguided notion giving the song a certain darkness.
Pounding the world like a battering ram
Forging the furnace for the final grand slam
Chopping away at the source soon the course will be done
Leaving a trail of destruction that's second to none

Hammering anvils straining muscle and might
    Shattering blows crashing browbeating fright
Fast devastating and desolisating the curse
Blasting the cannons of truth through each man of this earth

Wielding the axe comes the one culmination
That's always seemed certain to bring down the curtain on greed

Sifting the good from the bad it's the age for the rage
Of the dogs which must fall to the just and be free

Now grate for the vandals who trampled and sampled
Till this place conditioned brought forth demolition to war

The slipping and sliding corrosive subsiding
That withered and wained till the world seemed all drained fills the bay

Pounding the world like a battering ram
Forging the furnace for the final grand slam
Chopping away at the source soon the course will be done
Leaving a trail of destruction that's second to none
    Second to none

    2. Metal Gods (aka "Grievous' Theme")
    -------------------------------------
The title alone should explain this. It reminds me of Obi Wan's line in AOTC, "If droids could think, there'd be none of us left - would there?" It really is about how we have invested so much in technology, that our creations have turned on us. We suffer as a result of our own blindness. These themes also make the song a perfect theme for the clones as they turn on the Jedi. Anyone who has heard this song should be able to tell you that hearing the metallic refrain of the chorus: "Meeeetaaal gooooods" would be extremely creepy while seeing footage of Grievous and his IG-100s marching after Obi Wan.
We've taken too much for granted
And all the time it had grown
From techno seeds we first planted
Evolved a mind of its own

    Marching in the streets
    Dragging iron feet
    Laser beaming hearts
    Ripping men apart

From off I've seen my perfection
Where we could do as we please
    In secrecy this infection
    Was spreading like a disease

    Hiding underground
    Knowing we'd be found
    Fearing for our lives
    Reaped by robot's scythes

    Metal Gods
    Metal Gods
    Metal Gods
    Metal Gods

    Machines are taking all over
    With mankind in their command
In time they'd like to discover
How they can make their demand

    Better be the slaves
    To their wicked ways
    But meeting with our death
    Engulfed in molten breath

    3. Breaking the Law (aka "Anakin's Choices")
    -----------------------------------------------
As the song says, "I've had every promise broken, there's anger in my heart." This song could fit in well in different parts of the film, to illustrate Anakin's choices as turning away from Padme and the Jedi, toward Palpatine. I see it as fitting scenes such as "The Killing of Dooku" and "The Choking of Padme." The "law" in the song is basically the tenet(s) of the Jedi Order, which Anakin has forsaken as he sever

Shine on you crazy Diamond by Pink Floyd (maybe not about Anakins feelings, but definitly about Anakin)

    Remember when you were young,
    You shone like the sun.
    Shine on you crazy diamond.
Now there's a look in your eyes,
Like black holes in the sky.

    Shine on you crazy diamond.
You were caught on the crossfire
    Of childhood and stardom,
    Blown on the steel breeze.
Come on you target for faraway laughter,
Come on you stranger, you legend, you martyr, and shine!

You reached for the secret too soon,
    You cried for the moon.

    Shine on you crazy diamond.
    Threatened by shadows at night,
    And exposed in the light.
    Shine on you crazy diamond.
Well you wore out your welcome
    With random precision,
    Rode on the steel breeze.
Come on you raver, you seer of visions,
Come on you painter, you piper, you prisoner, and shine!

ThESithLivesOn310 you took what I was going to say. Maybe the song, Everybody Want's to rule the world.

    Welcome to your life
    There's no turning back
    Even while sleep
    We will find you
    Acting on your best behaviour
Turn your back on mother nature
Everybody wants to rule the world
    It's my own design
    It's my own remorse
    Help me to decide
    Help make the most
    Of freedom and of pleasure
    Nothing ever lasts forever
Everybody wants to rule the world
There's a room where the light won't find you
Holding hands while the walls come tumbling down
When they do I'll be right behind you
So glad we've almost made it
So sad they had fade it
Everybody wants to rule the world
    I can't stand this indecision
Married with a lack of vision
Everybody wants to rule the world
Say that you'll never never never need it
One headline why believe it ?
Everybody wants to rule the world
All for freedom and for pleasure
    Nothing ever lasts forever
Everybody wants to rule the world

Any Staind song would do. They do really angry music and yell a lot. I think "Blow Away" would be good, or even "Intro". The first one would be about being his reasons for turning to the Dark Side.
The first corus looks like this:

Soon I'll dissapear without a trace
Faces I have seen turn old and grey
I've lost too many friends along the way
Memories I never thought would break
The pain just won't blow away
