I've been thinking of the various Star Wars characters that have had evil twins: Luke, Han, C-3PO. Even Boba Fett has had an evil twin story. So, here's a They Might Be Giants song on that very subject:

Or do you mean his clone, Luuke?

 

Yeah, that's what I meant. I'm using the Jay Leno definition of evil twin story. It doesn't neccessarily have to be a person's actual twin. As long as that person is mistaken for the hero (or protagonist in the case of Boba Fett).

Hey, MER - when did C3PO have an evil twin? This must have been in one of the comics since I'm caught up on novels. Collecting all the comics is going to be a costly undertaking.

Hi, newbie here.

The obvious one here is "The Saga Begins" by Weird Al, since it's specifically about Star Wars (so I'm kind of cheating).

If you've never heard it, it's hillarious. It's to the tune of Don McLean's (sp?) "American Pie". Here's the chorus:

Want to know something even weirder? I tried to write a Star Wars parody to American Pie back in '97 after the SEs came out, but I didn't get very far into it.
