Star Fighter of Adumar. It is the Funiest of all the books and Wedge, Tycho, Hobbie and Wes kick arse.

That differs from 'most favorite' though... ;)

Best book would be Vision of the Future I guess...kicked @rse, had al the cool ppl in it, was filled with Imps but also with smugglers etc...

As for best comic, if they count as books here, ought to be Crimson Empire. Kir Kanos is the coolest Imp that ever lived, and ever will have lived.

I can't decide between Heir to the Empire or Tales from Mos Eisley Cantina.

Heir is what got me reading the EU and back into reading in general plus it was a huge event in SW. Heir rejuvenated a dying franchise.

Tales from MEC just brought me back to the old feelings of when I first saw SW in 77'. When it all comes down to it, SW/ANH is always my favorite SW movie and favorite SW thing.

Dark Journey. I love Kyp, Jaina, and Zekk. I thouhgt it was the most funny (and yes, I have read Starfighters of Adumar and really liked that too)
Dark Journey also made me think about morality, and I really love books that make me think.

Hmmm... This is hard to choose. I enjoyed the Agents of Chaos duology alot. But other than NJO I gotta say my favourite book has got to be BFC: Shield of Lies. The whole BFC was great weven though I didnt get to finish Tyrant's Test, I thought they were cool. Lando is one of my favourite charcters besides Han and he was in it a lot. I may change my mind thought.

This is one of those questions that cannot be answered with a single question. I must therefore answer accordingly:

Heir to the Empire - All the obvious reasons, it was the first EU book I read aside from the GODV series.

Shadows of the Empire - Yep, it's also got the word 'Empire' in its title. It bridges the gap between ESB and RotJ, and goes very much into detail about who Darth Vader is under the mask.

Traitor - Main character is Jacen. 'Nuff said.

Starfighters of Adumar - See the above posts for reasons.

The whole X-Wings series was awesome.

My favorite single book is probably Rebel Stand.

    X-Wing: The Bactra War...because

    Corran gets married

    Booster gets the Errant Venture

    Big big ship battles

    Lots of Gand stuff

    Inclusion of more Karrade

Isard gets killed (I know she comes back but I didn't know this when I read it the first time)

    Jace comes back.

First book where Tycho is under No kind of suspicion what so ever.

Traitor, most definitely, due to Jacen and Vergere as the main characters and the fact that the morals expressed are very useable in the real world. I have read it too many times to count, once three times in a row...

    Later!

have to give a top five list...

    1.Edge of Victory 1:Conquest, Greg J. Keyes
    An anakin narrative, it's amazing!

2.Dark Tide 2: Ruin, Michael Stackpole
A perfect combo of anakin, jaina and corran for my liking.

    3. The Last Command, Timothy Zahn
Thriller and action packed, pretty amazing, although the very end was a tiny tiny bit anti-climatic.

    4. I,Jedi, Michael Stackpole
A Corran Horn narrative, going where no star wars author has ever gone before in the first person.

    5. Balance Point, Kathy Tyers
Suprisingly good, even though Jacen got annoying, the end was more than worth it.

and my two least favorite star wars books...

    1.Star by Star, Troy Denning
You just can't kill a character like anakin solo. No matter how good the rest of the book is, that just kills it.

2.Children of the Jedi, Barbara Hambly
Where was she going with it?

I, Jedi simply because I loved the in depth characterization it being written in first person provided, and it had some cool moments and funny moments in it too, very good SW book.
