In short, it's a new feature added to the boards. I know you can turn it off if you don't like it...I just don't recall where you have to go to do it.

Awesome. Now these boards are only 5 years behind current forums from other websites, instead of 10.

If they'd finally implement a feature to jump to the newest post you haven't yet read in a thread (since this place has a tendency to go 20+ pages easily), then my last complaint would disappear.

 

Why are they adding features if we are moving?

 

The features are added because IGN requested the features of zerosleep. since we use the same boards as ign, we get the same features automatically.
