Hey guys. I just finished Republic Commando and I'm looking to start a new one. Help me make up my mind. I've got Medstar 1 and 2 and Dark Rendevous sitting in front of me...which should I go on to next..Medstar or DR?

Being the anal reader I am, go with the Medstar Duology. They take place chornologically before Dark Rendezvouz. That will also give you something awesome to look forward to.

But if you're just impatient to read about characters you're more familiar with, start with DR.

Haven't read them but I'd read them chronologically.

Medstar is like Rogue Planet: painful boredom, but apparently character driven. There's no action scenes.

So was Lion of Senet, but it was still a page turner for the most part.

    Medstar? Boring?

    Why wasn't I informed?

I found both Medstar books to be as gripping as any Star Wars novel yet.

I'm an action junkie and I liked Medstar 1. But 2 was boring. Go to the Jedi Healer review thread if you want to know my reasons.

I cannot think of anything in Dark Rendezvous that would spoil Medstar and it is better than either book.
