what was the balance point vision?

was it ever explained what the vision in balance point was?

 

And the Futurama sigs keep on coming! (Well, I've seen three, but that's still cool.)

And it's explained in the Unifying Force, more or less. Or rather, the explanation from Balance Point is elaborated upon (that of the galaxy slipping into darkness because of one Jedi lashing out in anger/fear/etc...).

The revised one is that the original explanation still holds, but the lighsabre is revealed to be unecessary, as Jacen becomes a lightsaber unto himself, a pure instrument of the will of the force.

Of course, that's just the official line. Think of a better explanation? Go with it.

Oh, and the Stand Firm voice turns out to be that of Anakin Skywalkers (or at least, that what's Jacen believes it to be). Interpret that as you will.
