[face_laugh] Well, have them ship it there :p

That sounds cute! And I'm surprised - Borders and B&N here have Seattle's Best/Starbucks in a lot of the stores.

I could, but I don't trust my mailbox at uni. [face_laugh]

We don't have Borders and me going "what does B&N stand for?" makes me think that we don't have that either, whatever it is. :p

Nina Kiriki Hoffman's Fall of Light(2009), but I didn't buy it for myself to read, but to give it as a gift.

Ordered Colleen McCullough's Antony and Cleopatra... book 7 in the Masters of Rome series, and the only one I haven't read before. Wiki claims it focuses on Antony and Cleopatra pretty heavily, but that's probably an exaggeration, as that's not really her style, plus the book extends a good two and a half years after they die. So I'm sure they play a major role... but so would Octavian, naturally.

The library had to put it down on a shelf below the normal holding area because it was too big to fit among the other books [face_laugh]

Which really doesn't make much sense to me, but I find it amusing :p

On a different note...Hopefully ICE's books will help with our Malazan withdrawls! I think Stoneweilder comes out in NOV.

The Left Hand of God, Paul Hoffman
    Mort, Sir Terry Pratchett
    Thud!, Sir Terry Pratchett

Has anyone read Left Hand of God? Was an impulse buy as it was a 3 for 2 offer, normally I read alot of reviews before deciding to buy a book or pass on it, but it sounds intriguing. Just wondering what the general consenus was.

A few days ago I finally found a copy of Brandon Sanderson's Warbreaker. It's at the top of my reading pile now.

I now have several of the Malzan books after picking up three of them in a sale yesterday. So I'll probably be starting that pretty soon :)

Also, wow, that series has some really long books. :p

"Pretty soon" probably means middle of next week or so. Got a couple other "new" books I'll be reading first, not including Towers of Midnight when I get that. But its now moved way up the list.

You said you got em in a sale...are they HC, TPB, or PB?

PB. It wasn't so much that they were on sale as the bookstore was giving out coupons... but the effect was the same.

Also, I misspelled Malazan above. Stupid keyboard.
