I sure hope it's Harry Potter, because I hate Spiderturd. -_-

I hate it with a passion.

As much as I love Spiderman, I know Harry Potter has a huge following, and being that it is a family film, I think it will blow everything else away.

Tell us how you really feel, TK. :p

Definitely Harry Potter. Even I'm going to go see that, and I rarely make it to the movies.

Let?s look at the numbers of past years. Spider-man made $403,706,375 and was the number one movie of the year, 2002. The first Harry Potter movie made $317,575,550 and was the number one movie of the year, 2001. The second Harry Potter movie made $261,988,482 and was the number four movie of the year, 2002.

I like Harry Potter and I think that Prisoner of Azkaban was one of the better books. However, I just don?t think that anything will be able to beat Spider-man. It looks like a great movie and Spider-man has been around a lot longer than Harry Potter. Hence, bigger fan base and more people to see the movie.

Well I don't go see every movie that is released but I will definitely go see "The Day After Tomorrow" and "Troy". My son will probably want me to take him to see "Spiderman II"

    It'll be interesting....
personally, I'm looking forward to Harry Potter myself...
I'm also looking forward to Spidey 2... I mean.. it's got Doc Octopus!
I'm not sure about I Robot... I really loved Asimov as a kid and I Robot was a great read... not sure how it'll translate on screen though.

Hitchhikers is also looking good but I'm not sure it'll be out in '04 so that's subordinate to some other movie coming out in '05

    ;-)

I think Troy or Harry Potter. I'm goping to see both, but Troy just looks so good. Van Helsing isn't getting good reviews

    Nothing can beat Spider-Man 2!!!!!!!!!!!!

It has made $262,205,594 as of July 12. That is just the Domestic box office. Overseas it has made another $113,906,316 bringing it to a grand total of $376,111,910 worldwide as of July 12.

Plus, it is a great movie.

I would love to see it be Farenheit 9/11 and not because I'm a Dem. I would love to see a documentary film beat out most or even all of the so-called "blockbusters" these movie houses are putting out.
