SWC What would your extended Saga look like if you could make?

If you could create scenes for an extended edition of the Saga what would you included or want explored.
(Not intended to be a debate thread. Its for a fun)

For me some possible interesting scenes

TPM
-Padme's family introduced
-Occupation of Naboo scenes
-Introduce Dooku perhaps in a little scene where he and Qui-gon have a brief talk before he leaves to Naboo and/or a scene with him at funeral on Naboo

AOTC
-Padme's family scene included in movie
-Sola and Padme interaction
-Jocasta Nu informed about Kamino

ROTS
-Actually wouldn't mind if they did some changes like were done to OT special editions
such as remove "Only a sith deals in absolutes" line
-Dooku remorse
-Padme's death scene changed
-More Vader (reflecting type scene on what just all happened)
-Obi-wan reflecting on what happened on Tatootine. (emotional scene)


ANH
-More Luke scenes introducing and expanding his character
-More Imperial scenes.
-More Obi-wan Luke interaction
-Darth Vader trying to get back to Imperial forces at the end

ESB
-Luke nightmares on Dagobah
-More Imperial scenes


(May add some more later)

 

I'd add a scene in Revenge of the Sith where Padmé confronts Palpatine, right after he declares himself Emperor. Padmé is upset and asks Palpatine how he could do something like that. Palpatine just laughs, and tells her that it was her own fault that he is in power now (referring to Padmé moving for the Vote of No Confidence in Episode 1, thus unknowingly helping Palpatine with his evil plan).

I think a scene like that would really show how Palpatine has manipulated everyone all along.

 

I would definitely add the petition of 2000 to the tim because man was that some good stuff.

Either delete Leias line in ROTJ about remembering her mother OR add a shot in ROTS with Padme holding Leia while looking sad.

Delete the more outrageous of Yoda's comic antics in TESB.

Nothing. Wouldn't watch it anyway.

ROTS
The explanation of the Syfo Dyas arc
The birth of the rebellion
Yoda arriving Dagobah
Anakin slashing Jocasta Nu
The Qui-Gon scene

ANH
It's perfect as it is and it certainly has been retouched in excess
But Han must shoot first again.

ESB
I'd include one or two scenes showing the passing of time so it wouldn't look as if everything happened in one weekend.

ROTJ
Destroy Jedi Rocks and everything related. Bring back Lapti Nek
Luke returning to Ben's hut
A scene with Han doing some heroics with the Millennium Falcon

 

A remixed soundtrack for AOTC and ROTS, that replace most of the reused music from TPM with new music.

It's especially glaring in the latter half of AOTC, and very distracting to someone who knows the soundtrack inside out.

The unused parts of Love Pledge and the Arena used in ROTS can stay though.

 

TPM
- I'm not sure if they were filmed but there were a couple cool moments in the script that didn't make the finished film. One was Darth Sidious Force choking Daultay Dofine for sassing him. Another was Obi-Wan telling Qui-Gon that the swamp water short circuited his lightsaber. Nice Master/Apprentice dynamic. And Boss Nass telling the Jedi that Jar Jar would be executed for returning to Otoh Gunga. And there was some extended moments between Shmi and Qui-Gon before Anakin left that would've been nice.
- I like all of the extended pod race stuff and the farewell to Jira scene. Put em back.
- Cut the Jar Jar/Padme introduction scene. Its annoying and adds nothing. And while we're there, cut the fart and poop jokes, his moment with pit droid and some of his final battle shenanigans. (Give him a little dignity!)

AOTC
- Put EVERY deleted scene back in! (Except maybe the Geonosian trial) Who cares if it's too long? The much needed character development. Plus I liked the Mace/Obi-Wan discussing Anakin's mission scene better than the one in the film. Cut it.
- Better romantic dialogue. It should still be clumsy because that's right for the character but it shouldn't be painful to hear.
- Cut C-3PO's lines "Die Jedi dogs!" and "Oh, this is such a drag!" Just plain stupid!
- Cut or re-dub Boba Fett's evil laugh.

ROTS
- Birth of the rebellion scenes restored. They give Padme and Bail Organa more character which is lacking in the finished cut.
- I liked Anakin and Obi-Wan mocking the battle droids after slicing them up in the elevator. Restore it!
- Yoda landing on Dagobah and communing with Qui-Gon.
- Re-dub the Polis Massa medical droids to say Padme died from internal injuries due to Anakin's Force choke and it was too late to reverse the damage or something along those lines. As hard as I try to buy it, dying of a broken heart seems like an uncharacteristic cop out. Her reason to live should have been her children!

ANH
- Reinsert the Biggs/Anchorhead scenes. They add a much more human side to Luke's character.
- Sprinkle in the Imperial March somewhere.
- I like the Jabba scene, so I'd go back to the original dialogue in the rough cut during the Han/Greedo scene so its not repeated. And of course, Han shoots first.
- Take out the goofy SE jokes outside Mos Eisley.
- More X-Wing vs TIE Fighter action above the Death Star. Feels like the Empire took that one lying down.

ESB
- Pretty perfect as is.

ROTJ
- I liked the Luke finishing his lightsaber scene. Restore it.
- Back to Lapti Nek. Jedi Rocks hurts.
- There was a great video awhile back of Vader flashing back to his past before he saved Luke. Unfortunately it has since been removed, but it added a LOT of intensity. But that one is just wishful thinking.
