Edmonton what your story?

i was wondering how the rest of you guys came to be true star wars geeks like myself.

one day, i decided to buy a star wars book (darksaber) instead of my usual comic, got hooked, and then asked my dad to rent me the movies.

it turns out that back in the day, my dad saw each movie in the trilogy at least five times each within two weeks of their release(like father, like son). but now, he's not really into star wars anymore (i think it comes with marriage, but who knows). hopefully i'll keep the faith longer (perhaps a vow of abstinence...)
