Whatever happened to Myn Donos?

As you can probably tell from my sig, I'm a Donos fan. What I want to know is this: what happened to him after the X-Wing bks? Do we ever see him again? I know he joined Rogue Squadron, but nothing after that.

 

Yeah, he was in RS in IR, but we haven't heard from him since. Hopefully we'll find out in Allston's books (and while we're at it, I'd LOVE a gamer story about him and Lara between SC and IR).

 

Hum, could someone tell me if I remember well : Myn did not join the Wraith when they turned to an NRI unit, right ?

 

Yeah, that's when he joined the Rogues.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I was also hoping for some kind of Wraith update in those books or Stackpole's NJO books. What did we get? Nothing. Allston was nice enough to keep us up to date on the Rogues, afterall. Oh well, two more months till Rebel Dream!

He's waiting on the Grassy Knoll on Coruscant for the arrival of Lord Shimrra.

And yes, he carries a nighttsinger rifle with hollow points called 'Crabdance'.

 

Yeah, Myn Donos was my favorite character from the X-Wing series. I'm hoping we'll get an update on him in Allston's upcoming NJO books.

Hmm, I'm pretty sure there aren't many Grassy Knolls on Coruscant. And if there was one, it's probably the only spot Shimmra would walk on.

 

I know...I would love to read about what happened with him and Kirney/Lara/Gara. I hope they got back together, I cried when he heard her message (I never cry unless I'm reading SW and smthg sad happens to my fave characters. Interesting...). I want smthg good to happen to him!

IIRC, he never heard her message "on-screen." Wedge and Han listened, had it forwarded to him, and then had the ship's copies destroyed, but we never saw him actually receive it.

 

Maybe AA will address that in Enemy Lines.

It's not without precedent, MAS in Dark Tide resolved Asyr's plot thread and Luke's knowlegde of the Hand Of Thrawn and gave Gavin a wife and family.

Why shouldn't AA attend to a few loose ends in relation to HIS group, the wraiths, as MAS did for the Rogues.

No, Mastadge, I meant the message that everybody heard-the one Face, Shalla, Wedge, Myn, etc all heard that she beamed from her TIE. The part just for Myn that everybody heard. That was sad.
