Well, 3PX was being obnoxious.

I'm really mad at my drama teacher.

 

What did your drama teacher do?

 

She gave both female leads to grade ten students and put all her veterans in the chorus.

 

And I still can't figure out why that surprises you.

 

Because she's always been really big on giving all the major parts to her veterans. I think the new music teacher corrupted her!

At least you had a few years with a fair director. They seem to be an endangered species.

 

Our old music teacher was wonderful. Unfortunately, the new one is evil.

The only problem with my theory is that the new music teacher's pet didn't make it. (At least there were a few smart decisions)

Or she so deeply regretted casting every single person who signed up last year that she picked random people this time.

 

Shouldn't people be picked on talent?

 

You'd think that, wouldn't you?

 

They should be, I've seen some pretty bad plays in my time because of people being picked for favortism.

 

My current theory is she threw a dart at the sign up list, because the way she cast this just wasn't like her.
