What's in the treasure chest?

You know, the one Obi-Wan keeps Anakin's lightsabre in. We don't get to see inside. Is it like that box of cheap toys the dentist has or is there actually some valuable stuff in there?

I'm just wondering how much he was able to keep from his Jedi days, just speculating.

It's probably not in a Jedi's nature to have a lot of keepsakes, but I'm sure there's something in there. The old silly looking helmet he wore as a youngling in Master Yoda's class. Jedi Yearbook (bad picture, hair all wrong). His padawan braid. Menu from Dex's Diner. Kaminoan saberdart. A picture that was once of Anakin and himself; Anakin's half having been chopped off and the caption "Friends Forever" angrily scribbled over.

And, of course, if it's a treasure chest, booty galore.

Maybe it was empty, except for the lightsaber. There's probably nothing valuable, he didn't have a lock on it or anything.

 

I'm pretty sure he had most of his old Jedi regalia in it. His lightsaber-crystal furnace, plans and designs for lightsabers, old robes, maybe that training droid/orb that was shocking Luke on the Millenium Falcon...

Yeah, Ben's home looked old and run-down, but for all we know it had an awesome security system built in, along the lines of what Indiana Jones had to go through at the beginning of Raiders of the Lost Ark.

Speaking of the Lost Ark, maybe that's in Old Ben's treasure chest?

from ROTJ radio drama, based on the screen play, the directions to make a new lightsaber and the lightsaber crystals are probably in there.
