When I saw AOTC, and they went around the table with the commerce guild leaders pledging to sign the Separatist treaty, San Hill was the one that really stood out to me and made me think "man, that guy has a really punchable face." His voice and appearance just grind on me in a way that none of the other CIS leaders did. But this... That artistic stylization of him just emphasized the punchability factor of the Muun face.
Honestly I used to hate the guy for the same reason.... ...and then I read LOE and Visionaries and learned my lesson.
I'm afraid that you may be reading entirely too much into that, but damn it, I'm sure glad you did. It's pretty funny. Seriously, though, it's gotten to the point where - though I very badly want to see the Separatist Coucil, standout CIS victories, heroics on the battlefield from actual heroes of the confederacy, etc., just as badly as anyone - I'm hoping for an appearance from Tikkes more just to see Dan finally get his wish and enjoy. I suppose I'm fortunate that my Star Wars heroes from childhood have always been Luke and Obi-Wan, so there's never any shortage of material with my favorite characters.

They might as well have gotten it back to the Republic only to find the module filled with naked pictures of Dooku, that's about as useful as the module turned out to be to the plot anyway
