JCC What's on Your Bucket List?

I heard the term 'Bucket List' probably ten years ago, and while I find the idea appealing, I haven't had anything to stick on my own bucket list until today. (I do have a sex bucket list, or ****et list, but that's a different conversation).

But listening to a PodCast today, I simply must have bacon and eggs at The Grove Cafe in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

What's on your bucket list? Are they even a thing?

 

A metal one, a wooden one, and some plastic ones.

I want to have 6 hr tantric sex.
I want to have tea with a shaman in Peru.
I want to visit the unspoiled regions of China.
I want to attend the Elysium mysteries.
I want to visit the remains of the temple of Sekhmet.
I want to go to Nationals on a bus with harpua
Things I'very already done....
walked the halls of Versailles
walked on a glacier
dove the reefs of the Keys
birthed a baby
Participated in a Ritual with the leader of The Golden Dawn
saw the Bayuex tapestry
sat at the long table at Windsor castle
hung with my geeky STAR WARS friends and authors at some fun parties

Well it's for when it's a group of of people. Not in Tunes case, perhaps.

No, to ones beard... duh.

 

The buckets are designed for sharing food with multiple people, not feeding a single person in one sitting. Although I did once sit on a plane next to a guy who inexplicably brought a bucket of chicken on the plane with him. I was puzzled at first until chicken shrapnel began hitting me at which point I asked for a different seat. CSB, I know, but relevant in an odd sort of way.

As for my bucket list:

-Hike the length of Hadrian's Wall
-Visit every continent (and not just setting foot in an airport and saying I did it, I mean actually visiting and seeing places)
-Raise healthy and well adjusted children
-Get my pilot's license
-Continue my Arabic studies to a point where I no longer fumble my way through the language as I do now
-Write those damned novels I've been working on and putting off for a while now due to life happening
-Kick Bill Maher in the nuts
-Go on a safari in Africa
-Visit the hometowns of my ancestors and find any relatives which may still be there
-Get down to my ideal weight (lost 50 pounds so far and still counting)
-See a certain someone who shall remain nameless find meaningful employment
-Retire and have adequate funding to do so.
-Live beyond age 100.

 

What I'm getting out of this is that one could, ostensibly, put eating an entire chicken bucket on their bucket list, which could be written on a bucket.

 

The grease would make the ink smear.
