What's that logo that some Rebels have on their hats?

In the award ceremony in ANH and also in RotJ some Rebels wore baseball caps with logos on them. Anyone have any idea what they are? A close up picture of one?

Looks like a dark football-shaped border with an orange dot (rebel insignia?) in the center

 

its to small for me to tell , but it might be the rebel logo .

That's the Rebel logo. I don't think thats what is on that guys hat, but it might be.

You know corperate sponsorship is in everything these days, I hear in the extended versions they reveal that the Empire is building the Nextel Death Star, even more powerful then the original Coca Cola Death Star.

It's also worth noting that instead of black, Vader's suit will be covered in the patches of his corporate sponsors, similar to a NASCAR drivers.

I am a collector of the Decipher collectable cards, and I have that card of that person, who is named Lt. S'too Vees, I just conducted an image search for that name and that's what I came up with.

 

The logo says "Jedi Pizza". He's a delivery boy.

Decipher made up a lot of their cards. This could be one of those. Have you checked the actual film to see if he's in it?

BTW, what expansion was he released in? I have all the cards, but they aren't sorted alphabetically.

 

He's in the Death Star II expansion. Most of Decipher's cards feature footage in the movie, but for cases like this (extras), they'll try to highlight the character.

 

I have never seen that guy in the movie. I'll watch it again to check (darn you for making me watch SW!)

I know they "highlight" characters. But they also invent the image on the card for some characters. Mara Jade and Jodo Kast come to mind right away. Oh, and Bane Malar.(I love that card.)

 

Yes, that particular character is made up, but the hat is the same as those worn by rebels in the ANH award ceremony at the end. For the made-up cards decipher made, I believe they still used genuine costumes from the Lucasfilm archives.

The orange bit looks like a solid circle, not the Rebel logo...
