Multi-grain Croissant. Surely Au Bon Pan is kidding right? (Quasi healthy croissants seem like an oxy moron - even to someone who generally avoids this stuff. Anyway, this was interesting. Far less butter and yeast in the dough - not the flake bombs you get from some croissants around here.)
