I thought that when Han Solo tells Leia "I love you" and Leia answers "I know" from RotJ was her most appealing line, which of course was the reverse of their conversation before Han was carbon-frozen in TESB.

As far as Padme goes, "I call it aggressive negotiations" from AotC was her most appealing to me.

 

It's gotta be Leia in ROTJ when she's disguised as Bousch (sp?)..."You have to relax for a moment..."
