So what's up with that? Any decisions made as of yet?
Well, unfortunately, I will be unable to make a "get-together" over the holidays once again. I've asked for three days off from work over the Christmas holiday and I have to work the rest of my college break.
I kind of got in trouble last week and it takes a lot of cash to get me out of the hole again -- not cool!
Anyway, keep me posted on what happens on the inside of the Great Minnesota Force.
Sounds like we're leaning towards this weekend. Bobafemme pointed out the following weekend is the weekend before Christmas... we're probably all going to have our hands full with last minute things then!
I also think, in the spirit of the holidays, that we should just plan a social event. We could do lunch or dinner together and then a movie (or either/or for the time-constrained).
My first instinct was to suggest the Mall of America... but then I realized "Holy bovine, it's Christmas-time!" A meeting at the mall around Christmas just will not do!
So anyone have any suggestions for a restaurant or movie? I'm open to suggestions (as I am newspaperless until Thursday).
What about Middle Eastern?
Happy St. Nicholas Day!
For the last 11 years, he hasn't made it to the house in the morning. He's uses the US Postal Service. I guess there are too many people in the world now that he can't make home visits to everyone.
How about Jerusalem's in Mpls. It is less expensive than Caravan in St.Paul and there is bellydancing on Fri and Sat.
Ummm....contrary to popular belief, I WON'T be there on Fri and Sat.
Not next weekend at least......
JJ, what's a "little commute" compared to the pleasure of hanging out with the MF, hmh?
Bobafemme, great idea! What do the rest of you think? Sal? V2k? Anyone else?
I was talking about the belly dancing.
What's that? JJ's going to be in Minn bellydancing?
::shivers race up and down spine::
