Is the Lit forum switching color schemes every couple minutes for anyone else? Or is it just for me. Is it a bug or is someone manually switching it?

I'm getting the same thing. I think it is whenever you switch the page it goes to the other scheme.

Why is this a bad thing? I for one dislike the bright orange so I find it quite soothing when it switches to the softer blue tones. At least this way everyone can be happy at some point.

QFT. Much happier with the blue.

    Wish it would "stay" blue.

We're on a rotating banner scheme.

yeah, it's meant to rotate. Though I do agree the shift between blue and orange might be better- I'll see what i can do about getting some different pairings arranged with these older banners.

Just don't do the Quinlan one. The green hurts my eyes. :(

As good as this switching-themes-thingy might be, I think dial-up-users don't quite like it. I'm on vacation and currently have it myself, and it does take longer than it already does to load the page... (and I've got DSL with 6,000 kbps at home... 8-})

I find the green Quinlan one soothing ::)

I'll look into adjusting the rate of rotation as well, that might be better for dial-up users. Our other two rotating ones don't do so as often as this one does.
