What's with the lack of AotC availability (no spoilers)

    Months ago Amazon.com was selling AotC novel, and TFAW, the TPB. Yet they've been taken down. Is Lucas not allowing preorders of them for some reason? And why?

    Probably because he doesn't want the story getting out early. That's most likely why it's being released roughly around the same time worldwide too.
