    Edward Scissorhands is dark, brooding, haunting, gorgeous. It is one of the top twenty scores of all time.

    I note that, per usual, Elfman's magnificent Sommersby, probably his most mature score to date, has been entirely forgotten.

    Right now I'd have to say The Nightmaew Before Christmas, followed very closely by Edward Scissorhands. The Spider-Man scores are really good as well.
