I can't seem to narrow it down.
Blade Runner is definitely up there
The Alien series, even the third and fourth one
    The Big Lebowski
    Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai
    Repo Man
Most of David Lynch's films, especially Dune, Eraserhead and Mulholland drive
    Brazil
    The Matrix.
there is alot more bu not enough roomI'm too much of a film geek

Oh boy, this is a tough question.
I mean, Star Wars fans are by nature general film fans, so having us pick are OTHER favorite film is a toughy right.
I guess If I have to pick my number six favorite film of all time, it'd have to be Batman, the 1989 film with Keaton and Nicholson, although some of the other more recent Super-hero films have been sneaking up on that one.
Other favorites include Spider-Man, both X-Men movies, The Rocketeer, Blues Brothers, Groundhog Day, The Indy Trilogy (especially Raiders) and any of the films of Buster Keaton or Harold Lloyd.

I love most movies, but I must say that
"The Shawshank Redemption" was not only a good read, but also a good movie, and I have, and always will love the Indy movies. I was so stoked to hear they are coming out in November.

I can't believe I forgot the old dude-in-a-lizard-suit Godzilla flicks. And old sci-fi stuff like "Earth vs. The Flying Saucers), "Them!", "Invasion Of The Body Snatchers", and "The Day The Earth Stood Still" (Klaatu Barada Nicktu!!) Guess I can't make up my mind, either.

I also have quite a few favorites - many of which are listed in others' responses on this thread - but I'd have to say my ultimate favorite is Sex, Lies, and Videotape.

Lucas paid the bills in between Empire and Jedi by renting ILM out to a British company for 1981s DRAGONSLAYER. Killer dragon. In my opinion, although the dragon was done with puppets and stop motion, is STILL the dragon to beat, even with todays technology.

Monty Python's Holy Grail is sheer uniqueness in the universe as well.
