I would have to say Vader walking with the 501st up to the temple; Yoda taking the heads of the clone troopers being a close second.

Probably when Anakin is about to kill the younglings. Such a sad, heartbreaking scene but I do really like it. It shows Anakin really is taking down the whole Jedi Order.

I gotta agree with The Major here but I have it tied with the shot of Anakin leading the 501st into the temple. Ki Adi's scene is out of all the deaths shown more meaningful because unlike Stass Allie(or was she Adi Gallia), Plo Koon, or Aayla Secura, he actually had lines in the movies so you got to see some of his personality.

Yoda's cane drop... you can almost hear the voices screaming out in pain in his head. Like a father finding out all of his sons have died at war.

I agree with some others though, that the whole sequence didn't quite live up to my expectations. When I'd heard about the Jedi Purge before the prequels were released, I always envisioned a drawn out conflict where the Jedi are hunted down (which still occurs in books, comics, etc.), but here we got a plate of flash fried Purge and it was a little hard to stomach. Order 66 was a blatant story element used to quickly and efficiently leave all of the prequel Jedi utterly dead in a matter of minutes, no questions asked. Though it conveniently brought their stories to a close, it seemed rushed. Its almost like a sizzle reel from the final moments of the Clone Wars. Though I love the film, I think it suffers from this necessity to tie up loose ends in a succinct and sometimes unbelievable fashion.

I like that one where that one Jedi person gets killed by clones.

Ki-Adi-Mundi.... He had the dopest death in the entire Star Wars Saga, in my opinion. He went out like a G.

The march to the Jedi Temple. It's the imminent precursor to the first true act of evil by the newly christened "Darth Vader".

I feel like Order 66 symbolizes what the Empire later does to the people of the GFFA.

Ki-Adi-Mundi's death is the most emotional, IMO. The way he turns back at the troopers with such a crestfallen look on his face as they raise their guns to him, and his shoulders just slump as his heart breaks at the sudden realization that the Jedi have lost the War. Then he goes down fighting, trying to defend himself from a barrage coming from both sides of the battle.

I wonder, was it a clone or a battle droid who finally did Mundi?

I really enjoyed the scene with Yoda. I loved how smooth the executions of the two troopers were, with the thumps of their heads hitting the floor. Fantastic.

His body was pushed away from the clones when the final blaster hit, so I'd assume it was from one of the clones.

I like the scene in the Jedi Temple before Anakin goes into the chamber with the younglings, It shows the temple in shambles and outnumbered Jedi still putting up an heroic effort despite the odds..

The look on his face when he realizes that the clones are no longer "with him"...

I love that he turned to face them.

The last stand of a Jedi Master.

The scene where Anakin coldly ignites his saber in front of the younglings really got me when I saw it on the big screen. I was 13 at the time.

My favioutre scene was when ki adi mundi looked back and his own clone troopers shoot him andhe managed to deflect 3 shots back to his troopers.

It was a sad scene though.

Mine will have to be the march on the jedi temple scene with one of my favorite star wars themes with the march itself being cool.
