My top pick is going to shock some folks:

    Fight Club

If you've never seen it, give it a chance, it was marketed badly and is nothing what you expect from the ads. Weird but edgy and surprising, in my book I almost categorize it as Science Fiction, a good "what if" type of movie. Please note this is NOT a kids film, adult content is intense.

Alien/Aliens and Raiders of the Lost Ark are of course good picks too. And the prequels, PotC I, X Men I/II, Firefly/Serenity, Lost, are also good movies to curl up infront of the A/C for. And although it's being run over and over, Superman I is still pretty neat to see.

Top Gun (nothin' beats hot pilots shooting down MIGs)
    Ice Age (One word....snow)
Newsies (Christian Bale breaks into song at the drop of a hat!)

That's all I can come up with right now. The heat has fried my poor little brain.

    Ditto for Fight Club

What's really weird: We have full-package cable, so literally we've had a couple of days where we can change back and forth between Sup1 and Sup2 running simultaneously...VERY bizarre.

Waiting for: Early September, FINALLY the DVD release of the original "Gojira" without the 'American treatment' (although the Raymond Burr version comes with it). Big red circle on the calendar, that.

Oooh...Just remembered...must pick up "Pinky and the Brain: Season One"
"Animaniacs: Season one" is due out in September I think.

Seeing Rob Paulsen sing Wakko's World live from memory from third row center was one of THE best SDCC experiences.

    It came out already, Bridge!

Though that was STILL the most fun ever at a panel! :D

My list of DVDs is funnier:

    Princess Bride
    Rat Race
    Nightmare Before Christmas
