Midnight at Santiam 11!!! Woot! I'm going to get in line in less than 5 hours to wait for another 9 hours!
Jade, if you're gonna be there, check along the line for auditorium 6, and look for the guy with straightened long blonde hair (about shoulder length), kahki pants and a bunch of tattered black pieces of material wrapped around him, that'll be me!
Have fun tonight everyone!
Black tattered clothing rapped around you?
I'll definetely look for ya!
i'm seeing it at midnight in sherwood
Waiting for all you ya-bo's to clear out so I can actually hear and see everything going on. LOL...This weekend though...Century 16, Portland.
Hopefully I will get to see it this weekend on the 19th but I have come up with some difficulties.
Best. Movie. Ever.
"The most obvious comparison is with Star Wars. George Lucas?s space epic is a more notable achievement because the director devised the concept and wrote the screenplay, but there are great similarities in the way both serials provide a complete, fantastic universe that, as well as offering great opportunities for visual escapism, gives the film studios an endlessly marketable phenomenon: the film that keeps on repeating is the gift that keeps on giving", quote from a notible magazine...Also you would have NEVER seen LOTR films if Lucas never continued making Star Wars movies. No studio would have touched a sc-fi/fantasy film of these EPIC SAGAs if Star Wars had failed. Give credit to where credit is due to the pioneer, LUCAS!!!
All I heard blah blah blah....ROTK....Best. Movie. Ever.
Return of the King was amazing, yeah, best movie of the year.
Obviously it does not compare to the Star Wars films, even if the media and the LOTR fanboys want to think so, but that doesn't take anything away from what is a fantastic trilogy of movies. I love the LOTR films.
All I heard blah blah blah....LOTR....Best. Trilogy. Ever.
(BTW I just teasin...Just a bit of a post viewing high is all....)
I wasn't too impressed with what i saw, was it a good movie? yeah....was it a little overhyped almost to the point of the phantom menace? yeah. Was the phantom menace better? yeah. Best movie of the year? No.
Last Samurai is easily a better flick than that rubbish.
Hah, hah, hah, hah.
Um... what the hell is a cannon cannon.
By the way. ROTK; been there, done that. And it was freakin' awesome.
Return of the King may not be Return of the Jedi, but both are Freakin' Awesome!
GO ARAGORN!! GO LUKE SKYWALKER!!!
