FF:WA When can we have a follow up committee meeting.

OK, this meeting is basically to folluw up on all of the point discussed at last weekends meet. I hope to see finalised promotional posters and if I can get in contact with SK between now and then, I hope to have the first batch of membership cards out by then.

As per usual, we will either have a pre-meet BBQ or a post-meet-mass-pizza-delivery

When you vote, can you also post a message saying you have voted and where you would like the meet to be, probobly either here or Soneil's house.

Either location is fine for me, but your place is easier as I already know where it is.

Either one for me too, your both pretty close to each other so I gotten find transport either way.

 

I won't vote for any date in particular since I don't have a real preference. As for location. I kinda like the idea of standing up from in front of my PC and already being at the meet.

Problem

I just found out I'll be DJing on Friday. That means that unless the meet can be on the 15th, PL & I won't be able to be there and we wouldn't be able to have it here either.
Sorry about this guys. If the 15th would be ok with you folks then that's still open for me, otherwise I'll have to miss this one.

 

After further discussion, Sat 15th is right out for us. But if Fri 14 is still good for everyone we can do it without Steve.

And I still would like it here, finding babysitters is next to impossible in December. Plus, Steve will have the car so I'll be stuck here.

 

OK final details are as such then:

The meet is on Friday 14th of December at the O'Neils.

Meeting Starts at 7.00pm and we will be going over what we spoke about last meet, and any new stuff....

Everyone is welcome, and encouraged, to attend.

 

Everyone will be arriving right about the time I'll be leaving. Typical.

Well I should be able to parachute in a little before 7 with all sorts of goodies on me.

Then again I might take the sleigh... hmmm, depends.

 

Of course I'm assuming our car will actually make it to where I'm DJing. I haven't exactly gone out much lately for fear of the car dying at a moment's notice. I may be stuck with you guys anyway (though that would be a bad thing despite how much I like your company).
