In Jedi Luke says "There is still good in him, I have felt it" or something like that.
When did Luke feel the good in Vader? During the ESB flight? He didnt seem him again or could he feel it from miles away?

I think its kind of an ongoing, gradually ubiquitous thing.

How many threads did you make today? 2? 7? 1138?

During the fight, in parts. He says "That's why you didn't kill me before". Vader didn't kill him before, even though he could. While he talked all about ruling the galaxy and getting rid of the Empire, he really didn't want to kill him, even after Luke escaped ("Come with me" via telepathy).
And he certainly didn't want to in RotJ.

It fits the character, too. Anakin hates it when family members die ;)
That's ultimately the reason why he saves him. He doesn't want Luke to die.
