I agree. I think. I've said... Quietly to myself mostly...that the moment that bloody hand print wipes over FN2187's helmet is when everything changed. It somehow negated his programming in an instant. And Kylo Ren felt something. It's almost as if FN2187 got mind tricked in a positive way. And Kylo felt the evidence of it still in 2187's mind.

... but I do think Kylo reawakened Rey's force abilities when he tried to probe her mind. Then she remembered her long forgotten Jedi training from her Father during the saber fight. Neither of these are the Awaking Snoke speaks of, because they had not happened yet.

I'm not sure about her father's training. Haven't made up my mind yet. But at the very least what Rey did with her back against that cliff during the saber fight was finally follow Maz's advice.

Maz told Rey following the force flash, "The belonging you seek is not behind you, it is ahead. I am no jedi, but I know the force. It moves through and surrounds every living thing. Close your eyes, feel it. The light. It's always been there. It will guide you."

Rey didn't close her eyes at that point per Maz's suggestion. But when Kylo mentions the force, Rey then remembered Maz's advice... She then closes her eyes and feels the light. Letting the force guide her.
