When does the NR discover the Chiss attacked the Ssi-Ruuk?

I was wondering in what book(s) does the whole thing with the New Republic going after the Ssi-ruuvi only to find them half eliminated thanks to the Chiss, occur in?

Actually the ssi ruuvi wasn't half dead. The chiss only had "half-beaten" the fleet. 4-5 aby, the starship Sibwarra headed to ssi ruuvi space to find the rest of the fleet, and they battled them until they reached the Ssi Ruuvi homeworld and a standstill. From there they contacted the the ones on the ground and tried diplomacy and get peace treaty started, which proved inconclusive. Once they were satisfied that the ssi ruuvi wouldn't mount another offensive they then headed back to new republic space.

 

Yeah, anyway in what book does it occur?

Essential Chronology, was the first book to chronicle it. There have been a couple other sources that refrenced it, but only in source material, rather than an actual prose story.

 

Has anyone checked the Truce at Bakura Sourcebook for this? Also, didnt the New Republic classify that incident?
