When is everyone seeing Episode III?

Unfortunatly, I won't be able to make it the day it comes out, which really sucks because my boyfriend has to work at the Crystal Palace that night. So because of that minor schedule fluke, I don't know when I am going to see it exactly yet.

How 'bout the rest of you?

 

I'll be seeing the first showing at Midnight, of course. You're free to come solo, you know.

 

haha well i know that but see i made my boyfriend promise we'd see it together and being that our first date together was the EP2 showing, gotta keep the tradition

 

hey why don't u guys come to tulare for the midnight showing. we have a brand new galaxy that has the best seating i've ever seen. then we'll have alarge group dresseded up, that is if u want to.

 

how far is that from here?

i probably cant though... i have an 8 o'clock class the next morning.. :'(

 

I'm guessing it's about an hour north.. which is the big problem. Driving home for an hour at 2:30am after a 2 hour movie when you have to work in the morning? Not gonna happen. It's a good thought, though! ^_^

 

Yeah, come on up to Tulare. And as for the 8:00 a.m. class. Hey, I have to be at work by 8:00 and won't have the day off. You will live through it. It's the last film so lets go make it a great time.

 

Uhh, hellooo.. driving home for an hour at 2:30am? I can guarantee you I won't be in any condition for that. Sorry.

I plan on seeing it midnight the 19th at Pacific. I have that week off as a vacation and I plan to sit out front starting the morning of Wed the 18th. I plan to have my lawn chair, laptop, extension cord and all five movies to watch all day. Anyone is invited to join me.

Does anyone know when tickets go on sale here in town. I certainly don't want to miss that.

 

I'm answering my own question.

I just got my tickets last night at Pacific Theatre. I got 12 tickets. They said that they are going quickly. They also said that if you get their early, you can hold places in line for others. We'll see if that stays true.

you're gonna wait there all day? wow... i dont know if i could do that... i dont have any school either b/c my photography class ends the week before...

i dont know when i'm going to get there exactly... i think it's kinda early to wait till midnight all day there... (then again i live like 5 mins away from the theatre so it's not like i wont be waiting at home all day either

i think i might go get all red and black and wear my vader necklace :-D

 

I have that week off as a vacation. I'll have all day to be there. I'm thinking I might bring my laptop to watch episodes 4,5,6,1,2 while I wait.

BTW...

This Saturday, I'm having a Star Wars party at my house. We will be watching all five movies. I have a video projector and 5.1 surround sound. A bunch of people from my church are coming. OMG! ok... experienced the sheer thrill of going to a Star Wars movie opening night at midnight for my first and final time...

it was glorious!
