I suggest putting this in the Official CW thread, seeing as it's been discussed already. I think it's October 16th, but I may be wrong and that might be the movie DVD release. Either way, it's due for the fall.

In the US, Cartoon Network and TNT

    In Canada, CTV I think.

In the U.S. it will be airing on Cartoon Network with repeat airings on TNT.

I found it strange that they are airing it both on CN and TNT.

Sometimes shows need more then 1 station to pick it up, for broader viewing. Some people may not have CN, but somehow may have TNT. Or the opposite.

Well, thats how it usually works up here in Canada anyway. I don't know what your guys stations are like.

    Not sure. :(

I would also like to point this out. It states that Rebelscum said it will air on Fridays (Oct. 3rd = Friday), but scifi.com is stating it will be on Saturdays...Hmmm.

Dangerous and disturbing this puzzle is... [face_laugh]:-B

Do you know whether it will be shown in Europe at the same time...or we will have to wait...?

The Cartoon Network airing is supposed to be the premiere of each episode and the TNT airing is scheduled to be an encore broadcast. They're not going to be on at the same time so it's entirely possible that Cartoon Network will be showing The Clone Wars on Fridays and TNT will be showing it on Saturdays.

I'm guessing the Clone Wars TV series will start essentially after the film has left theaters but not so late that momentum for a show has disappeared. It'll probably be met with information concerning the live action show as well.

Well, the article is titled something like: "Cartoon Network vamps up their Saturdays" or something like that. So, I don't know. But, what you're saying does make sense.

I could definitely see that happening. I've seen new episodes of House on Fox on Tuesdays and then the same "new" episodes that following Friday on the USA Network.

It's just a way of always keeping the show in people's minds, especially when there's so much else to choose from.
