When is the next get together?

So how often do you guys get together and when is your next planned meeting?

Yeah we try to hook up once a month. It dont allways work though.

I used to play D&D ALOT in high school.
It would be fun to play again.

RPGing can be done in a home easy enough. I would love to get some people together and try and roleplay. However its going to have to wait until May right now. I am getting married next month and am too busy prepping for that to prep for roleplaying. However, I am free to get together as long as its before the 23rd (when I head to the wedding in New Orleans).

But for those interested in doing some RPGing let me know. We don't have to wait until the FanForce meeting to get together. Even if we don't get together to RPG I don't see why we can't get together, meet and figure out what about RPGing we want to do and when.

That will show you some nifty pictures from DragonCON Sci-Fi/Fantasy convention. Later it will have pics from some LARPs (Live Action RolePlaying) I have attended, then later wedding photos, bios, as well as a page dedicated to the fantasy book I'm writing entitled "The Chronicals of Ein~T'rra: The Elder Tales".

The web site looks good TC. A couple of us went to D*C last year and we're planning on going again this year. It was the most fun I've ever had.

How does next Saturday April 10th, 7PM at Mellow Mushroom sound to everyone. I love that place.

 

How about 8:30pm? My fiance would love to come as well (seeing as she's an RPGer, LARPer, Sci-Fi-geekgoddess, etc) but she doesn't get home until about 7:30pm or so and she works with Horses so she'll need tim to grab a shower.

I will have just gotten back from a Mission Trip to Puerto Rico (April 9)...so I'll just have to see if I can make it!

No, the wedding isn't Star Wars themed. As much as I love Star Wars and as big a geek as both of us are...no. I am getting dressed in my Air Force Mess Dress, she is a traditional wedding dress with traditional bride'smaids and my guys are all (save for my best man) are dressed in Air Force Semi-Formal.

We're getting married at a plantation in New Orleans near her family's home.

As for this weekend...no way we can make that. Kat has to work alot, I have a house to clean up (taking advantage of the absence of our slob roommate who is moving in two weeks!) and tonight she and I are going to go see Hellboy.
