    Wookieepedia lists her as Sian Jeisel, but I've never of her being anything but "Jeisel," and I read all the Ostrander/Duursema Clone Wars comics.

    Is this just a Wookieepedia breach in canon or was the "Sian" part mentioned in some esoteric Hyperspace article or something?

    EDIT: "When *did* Jeisel get a first name?" That does a lot for my credibility.

    Jeisel probably got that name around CIII. My daughter Sian made a Jeisel costume and wore it at CIII. Someone posted a picture with the label of Sian Jeisel. The rest is history...

    Interesting origin. Thanks Jan.

    So then "Sian" Jeisel is uncanon?

    It's as canon as Aayla's survival after "Twilight" :D

    Hmm... I always thought of Jeisel as more of a fist name... :p

    A Devaronian female with cut unicorns that appears often in Duurseman comics. Schism, Red Hands, some Republican issues.

    They aren't cut. Devaronian females don't have the long horns the males do, just little stubby ones. See also Vien'sai'Malloc, Aven'sai'Ulrahk, and Elsah'sai'Moro from Jedi: Aayla Secura and Darth Maladi from Legacy.

    The first time I typed it, I typed Jedi: Aayla Secura as Jedi: Aayla Sexura. Talk about your Freudian slips...

    No, the females are hornless.

    That's a duology meaning of words, there. :p

    I'm sure I saw Duursema saying they often cut their horns. Her illustrations look it, too.

    Essential Guide to Alien Species states female Devaronians lost their horns through evolution. Ultimate Alien Anthology also mentions their lack of horns.

    On the topic at hand, since the NEGAS has made this official;

    I'm assuming this is the image in question?

    Probably the same picture but posted elsewhere, as that particular one has no label.
