CT When Less Is More

A line of dialogue springs to mind: "All droid units must shut down immediately".
I actually love that. So simple, yet so effective. We never see the big battle droid shutdown, but we don't need to, either. The clones have already taken over by that point, so it feels nice to have this more or less as a throwaway line. No big explosion, no galaxywide ion cannon bombardment, just "shut them down" and move on to the next scene.

Wrong trilogy, I know, but I just had to mention it

 

I agree, that's a really good example. In some ways it's more chilling to see this massive, galaxy-wide operation being controlled in such a low-key, almost nonchalant fashion.

 

Good point, when you are able to end an entire galactic war with the single sentence Lulu_Mars referenced, you know that person is powerful.
