When are we ever going to get an update on the show! The SM forum is suffering without it!

Methinks the TV shows keep their level of spoiler secrecy a tad bit higher than that of the movies...

I think they have pretty much abandoned the idea for now. Too much to do in the mean time. The stress levels of putting together all the other projects is probably just too much for the moment.

I'd think about something else for a year/year and half.

 

I bet we'll get some new tidbits from Comic Con.

 

Maybe they'll confirm that there will be 2 TV shows.

They certainly like the reconfirm it quite often.

Which is pretty much what they just recently did for their "Comic Con" update.

 

What update? Nothing new, more stupid clone war books and thats it. Animation show in 2008, live action at the end of the decade. No news on Feb 2008 hardcover, and why not have novels in the KOTOR era? Those games were way better than Republic Commando.

 

I agree, but that isn't for here...

They reconfirm that they will actually have the shows because they don't want people to think they forgot about it. Also, there are literally millions of Hollywood projects where they say "We should make a TV show" and they never do.

They're just being nice enough to let us know they haven't forgotten.

 

I don't know if this is the right forum for this, but it's worth a shot. For those of you who have HS, what is this "Secrets of Star Wars '07"? The "Biggest multi-media event of 2007?

I can't believe we've not heard anything about the Live Action TV series, for months now! Surely it wouldn't hurt just to throw us a bone every now and again? This is getting like the "Dark Times" of 85-90 when there was nothing Star Warsian going on at all!

 

We SW fans are just incredibly spoiled. Especially the past ten years.

 

Yup, but I am still much more interrested in news about the Liveaction series than I am in news about the animated series.

 

Indeed, I personally prefer the Live action to the animation...Live action's more impressive.

 

I hate most cartoons, but I like the Clone Wars characters.

While I'm looking forward to the live action deal, I'm just hoping it doesn't end up looking like Star Trek. Not like I hate all Star Trek shows, but Sci-Fi shows are a dime a dozen nowadays.

 

If the rumours are true about the money and effort they are gonna put into the live action show I'm guessing you won't be disapponted.

 

I need some star wars news...maybe some art from the animated hosw even if it is concept art.
