Speculation Where are the Lucas' kids in all of this?

    Uhm, wasn't the 4 Billion Lucas got that he intends to give all to charity including the shares? FMWIR Disney paid half in cash and rest in stock for that 4 Billion.

    So if Lucas does give it all to charity, he will not have a single share of Disney remaining and no say in anything unless Disney specifically request and pay him to do something.

    Well he did sell the company. There were agreements made and all but I think just by him selling to Disney he 1) trusts them and 2) is willing to let it go. While he will be a creative consultant of sorts, Lucas isn't really looking to "have a say" in everything regarding Lucasfilm and STAR WARS forever.
