Where can I buy lots clonetroopers for cheap?

I want to buy a dozen or so clones - any flavor - used or new.

I just want them cheap! Like 2 or 3 bucks a piece. Is there any such possibility? Or am I stuck paying $5 - $6 for new ones?

 

"Clone troopers" and "cheap" don't go together, sorry.

But if you find anywhere, let me know. One can never have too many clones.

 

Yep, Clone Troopers are golden to all of us army builders.

Expect to pay full retail price for just about any you find...and some might even be more than that.

Awhile back there were some non-Hasbro knock off Clone Troopers sold in 10 packs if I recall correctly. They weren't perfect, but they weren't very expensive either. I'm sure someone else could tell you more about those bootleg Clones.

I bought a lot of Red Clones at Kaybee for 2.00 a piece but this has to be at least a year ago sorry.

And I dont believe there is any army building sets for Clones yet...

I have been collecting more or less since 1978. I just don't buy "everything" and I am always on the lookout for a good bargain. I live in Norway now (used to live in USA) and it's harder to come by any figures at all - let alone cheap ones. But since I'm coming to the states for the rots premiere in LA I thought I'd check to see how prices were now and if there are any known ways to get discounts or cheap figures.

Clones do tend to run a little high as far as demand goes. Thus, expect high prices on them when you do see them.

As for getting a lot of them cheap, I hear that if you are willing to part with your first-born child, some places might cut a deal with you.

as for clonetroopers, my big concern is that Hasbro (in their infinite wisdom) won't ship enough of them for ROTS. from looking at the recent pictures, i think the majority of figures i "must have" are the clones. there are so many unique ones this time around. i wish they'd just ship cases full of the new SA clone, the commander, and the tank gunner.

Same here. I picked up 2 red Clones at a KayBee outlet store back in October 2003.

 

You might look on eBay - lots of figures up there.

 

Go to Midnight Madness this year, I'm sure you'll be able to find plenty or ROTS clones before the army builders gobble them up.
