Where can I find interviews with Lucas and actors about prequels?

I've tried google and a couple fan sites for the actors, but I don't think I'm getting most of them. I'd like to go back and read most of the interviews (at least the ones accessible online) with the actors and Lucas regarding I,II,III. Is there a list kept anywhere? How would I go about doing this easily? (I was thinking of magazine interviews but all kinds are good)

 

You could always google it or you could wait until the Boxset comes out and you can buy the DVDs and type down every word spoken.
