Census Where do you swear most often?

Around my friends, definitely... though by myself is a close second...

 

At work, all the time, was even worse when I was still in the Kitchen's!

I dont swear at home or in the car as we have the young one with us!

 

I have a real potty mouth at work, mainly because I work with a bunch of lazy *expletives deleted*

All the time every where i am, starting to learn to learn to tone it down now i have kids though, my wife would murder me ( not exaggerating she really would)if they started swearing like me.

 

I pretty much do it everywhere. It's not exactly worthy of an excuse for it, but it's part of the culture. Still, I do it in my head at work, and I won't deny it, the main ones that attract swearing: father, video-games, and computer. Oh and of course the Sunday drivers around here.

 

At work, generally.

 

I chose "all of the above". I'm really a very uncensored person in nature and I generally can't go more than a few sentences without throwing a curse in there. Of course, I dub that down in instances that don't really call for it such as around my boss or around children, but otherwise I just speak how I want to. When I'm pissed, I'll throw up to three 'f's or so into a normal sentence.

 

When playing videogames.

 

My cussing knows no bounds, so... all of the above.

Let me clarify. I use mild curse words such as "damn" and "hell" although I didn't even do that until last year. After awhile I realized that these were good words for added emphasis, when used correctly at least. I still use them sparingly, but not because of any taboo.

Then we come to the more severe words. Obviously I can't list them here, but I don't ever use them, in private, in public, or online. This is not because of taboo though. I simply think that they are entirely unnecessary and I can find better words. Also, if I am doing something such as say, a table read for a script with my friends, I'll obviously use the words without any problems. This is because I'm effectively saying them as someone else. I have no qualms about that.

 

On my own.

 

I usually don't. Unless you count a lot of kriff

 

Uh... everywhere.

Especially in my car, and at my tv when my teams aren't doing too good.

But I don't have a filter and well...swearing is part of my vocab. Unfortunately.

I got told off for saying the extremely fun word beginning with c too many times in the newborn ward on a hospital the other day

Newborns can't understand though so don't see why

At work for sure. I manage a crew of about 60 and I tend to stress over stupid things from time to time.
