IC: as Koren

As Koren was laying on his sleeping mat. Thoughts started comin into his mind. Will I get killed.......maybe........I could...... Just then a officer was yelling, " Koren two men just ran out of camp. Should I send out my men?" Koren jumped up and looked at the officer. " Do you know where we are going? We are making for the palace at Dawn! Now that you know you will probably run to! Go!" He started running at the officer, "Go! Run!!!" Two soldiers restrained Koren. The officer walked over to him, " Koren, calm down. I'm not running. I...I... will fight with you to the end." Koren eased at that and the soldiers let go and went back to their posts. He went back to his mat and fell asleep.


IC: as Leithkorias

Leithkorias was making his final approach on Coruscant. He walked over to his comlink and started talking, " Everyone in attack formation!" Then millions upon millions of frigates, X-wings,Y-wings, and A-wings formed into a line. Leithkorias just the other day had sensed that the invasion at Coruscant was going ill above ground. He notified the army on Yavin 4 and they gave him what he wished. Now that Leithkorias was nearing Coruscant, and he saw what he had sensed. Explosions were everywhere. Ships were bursting into flame-balls. Leithkorias sat in awe. "Everyone start moving into the battle. NOW!!!!"

Swif watched as the ships began their second attack. He hated ships, but at least they were on his side....he hoped.

 

Kha nosed into realspace with his Modified Strike Cruiser Crimson tear, it's length dwarfing even Imperial Star Destroyers at a little over 2km.

A Pair of Carrack Cruisers, fully one hundred meters longer than the normal stock ships were fitted with five additional Turbolasers, a mixed compliment of fifteen Ion cannons and Laser cannons and the weakened hull near the engines reinforced.

The Escort Carrier, Hive came next and closely resembled a System Patrol craft only with more weapons and a compliment of a wing and a half of starfighters.

"Medusa and Griffon spearhead for Crimson Tear, Hive Launch fighters and provide fire support." Kha ordered calmly over the comm.

"Affirmative." Was broadcasted four times over the radio.

Crimson Tear, still somewhat damaged from its previous engagement did not show any handicap as it started forward on its engines and launched seventy two Elite Tie Defenders. The Carrack Cruisers Medusa and Griffon ahead and to either the left or right helped open a hole forward. Hive launched all 108 of it's Elite Tie Defenders and a single squadron of Skipray Blastboats and provided fire support.

Fire seemed to spray forward in an unescapable cone from Kha's battlegroup destroying those unfortunate enough to be in his way or those truly devoid of luck were left floating disabled and hauled into one of the ships docking bays.

"I have come Emperor." Kha broadcasted.

 

IC:Vader


Vader walked out to the contol room and ordered a squad of troops. They came and he took them out onto the battle field. There was laser fire everywhere. Vader drew his lightsaber and deflected every single bolt that came his way. He knew when the rebels saw the red lightsaber, they would cower and run away. He was dominating the battle.

Bio: Nemisis has been in the rebellion since they killed his son 8 years ago. He is a tremendous pilot. He is the leader of his squad, Red Squad. Now he is hell bent on taking down the empire.

 

Sobi's star destroyer, fate's hand, flew straight out of hyper space and into a rageing battle. "Commander fire on all rebel ships!" she shouted to her second in command, The hand began firing on the major captial ships. "Inform the jagged ice we have arrived and are willing to serve, and send my appolagies for being late, tell the captin that i am dealing with the idiot responsable this instant."

 

IC: as Leithkorias

Leithkorias started feeling fire on his ship(Kha's ship's ) " It's coming from behind... Aaron, take Red Squad and dispatch the ones behind us. Missile frigates, take out the star destroyer.(Fate's hand ) remaning ships, go for the large ship at 11 o'clock."(Jagged ice. )

OOC: I put in ship identification so you would know what they were.

IC: as koren

Koren and his squad were up and running as soon as they heard balster fire. They ran for about half a mile and saw the battle. Koren also saw Vader. "Vader's here Swif. What are we to do?"

The Jagged Ice rotated to intercept the brigade of X-wings and Y-wings curving in on it at an oblong position. Its turbolasers delivered staggering blows to the Alliance's capital ships.

Rebel starfighters combusted into violent fire and shimmering candescent light. Quad-laser cannons chose specific crafts to terminate.

Several Rebel battleships encircled the Jagged Ice--which was now fully embroiled in the space-battle. Strobes of turbolaser fire collided with the capital ships.

Shields deteroriated until nothing was left except exposed hulls. Twin Victory-class Star Destroyers arrived to aid the, Jagged Ice. The Imperial starships split and battered their foe.

The Rebels were forced to break ranks and have individual capital ships fend for themselves. The Jagged Ice sought out the weakest and pummeled it, draining the power supply of the Star Destroyer.

The Carrack cruiser cracked into fragments and plumes of thick smoke. Tongues of flames licked out to destroy a few of the dwindling X-wings.

The Jagged Ice plotted a secure route through the raging firefight. It hovered around Coruscant, directly out of the vicinity of any lurking eyes on the Rebels' side.

Captain Idaccen allowed this time to recall all his remaining TIE fighters & bombers. A new strategy had to be formulated to compensate for the new batch of Alliance battleships that relieved their comrades.

Swif turned to Koren, " I don't know...I would try to sneak up on him with my suit but he can sense it, I've seen what he does to them. You have to remember I was on previous assasination missions. but I can try if you want." Swif smiled uneasily at to him," Or we could just throw some grenades and see how it turns out."

IC: Aaron


"Affirmative Luitenant." Aaron said, responding to orders Luitenant Leithkorias gave him. He then said o his squad of 10 other men, he already lost one in the battle."Red squadron, time for some more action. Follow me." They headed behind the ship, where an Imperial ship sneaked up on them.

When they got behind, they had to break right really quick so they would avoid the laser fire puring from the imperial ship. Aarons jaw dropped as he saw all the ships that were coming at them. There had to be at least one hundred, what appeared to be, tie defenders. He commed the Luitenant"Sir, I think I'm going to need more help. There's at least a hundred fighters out here." Aaron then commed red squadron,"Attention red squadron, get into attack formation, and break into formation." There formation was three groups of four, now two groups of four and one of three. "Red 2, take your group above and attack from there. Red 3, take your group strahight ahead. I will take my group around and to the left. Good luck everyone, your going to need it."

They split into there groups and followed orders. Aaron knew that this was going to be very, very tough. He also knew that he was going to lose some friends, and maybe even his own life.

OOC: As soon as I quit this RPG, my schedule stabilized. Funny how that works.
Anyways, I waited for a few more days just to be sure, and so now I feel safe rejoining the battle.

Tayeel jogged back down the way that she had come. Tears still blurred her vision; she could barely see.

A splash of ivory white flashed in the corner of her eye. Sithspawn!

She had forgotten all about the stormtroopers!

" Okay Aaron, i will send some frigates over."

"Well, let's just worry about the troopers for now." He got up and started firing at the nearest trooper. He took his grenade out and chucked one where 5 troopers were. Once it exploded, they were OK to kove on.

Swif followed Koren, there were some times that a storm trooper would come behind Koren thinking he was by himself only to realize when invisible claws hit him that he was not alone. Swif ran with him as it began to rain( If it already wasn't). He looked up at the small group of red fighters above their heads. " My god, Koren," Swif said in discust," Theres hundreds of tie fighter." He hoped Aaron and his squad would be alright. "hang on tight."

IC:Aaron

"Thank you sir. We are in really big trouble" Aaron said as tons of TIEs closed in around him, firing at him. He ordered his squad to fire at will.

Aaron unloaded on the TIEs, blowing only one up. The TIEs had weak shields, but they were really fast. They were pouring laser fire at them, battering their shielsds. Red sqaud wasn't going to last long, unless that frigate arrived soon.

"We just lost Red 9." came over the intercom from Red 2. They already lost someone and they had only been out there a few minutes. "Roger Red 2" Aaron said in a weak voice. "Carry on, but be VERY careful." This wasn't looking good.

• Boba had been searching high and low for Tayeel, until he finally caught sight of her. His ID Scanner confirmed his target. He followed Tayeel for some time. So far, he had not been discovered.

Leithkorias saw that his squad were meeting some resistance at the Jagged Ice. They were fighting behind him trying to take Crimson tear, and no fighting was happening by Fates hand. "Aaron," he called,"I am pulling out and coming over to you."

IC: as Koren

Koren looked at the sky in horror. "Fall back!! Fall back!!" He didn't have to say that. Everyone was already running away. Koren kept running with Swif back to camp, to find it ruined. Nothin was left. Forever it seemed that koren stood there, thinking what to do. He looked over to Swif, " Do you think.......we should never started this whole crazy thing to begin with???"

"Thanks sir. No disrespect sir, but can you hurry up?"
It would probably be easier if they had the ship with them. Aaron shouldn't worry about that now, he should worry about the TIE that was heading right for him in a ball of flames. Aaron fired a blaze of lasers at it blowing it up right befor it smashed into his ship. //That was a close one// he thought.

Aaron saw a squad of TIEs go right at Red 3's group. They blasted away Red 10 and hit Red 11's wing sending him into a spiral. That was two more men out of the flight. He was losing men, quick.

Vader blocked a feew laser bolts and chopped two rebel soilders down. He then looked in the sky to see a huge battle going on. He looked back down to see the rebels running. Vader laughed under his, uh mechanical, breath.

Vader chased after the rebels, chopping them down with his violent, red blade.

So far, the mission had been a failure. Two times, they had lost the rebel that they had been assigned to track and capture, but this time, Kol promised himself, they would bring her in.

The sensors in his helmet picked up a sound: footsteps, coming back their way. Kol grinned to himself. Finally, their opponent had made a mistake.

?Halt!? Kol yelled. He raised his blaster rifle to his shoulder and peered through the eyesight towards the rebel. Strange, looks like she?s?crying.

Tayeel reacted quickly. She pulled out another one of her precious thermal detonators, thumbed the switch, threw it as hard as she could, and dropped to the ground.

Kol saw the shiny object fly through the air. Years of training and experience told him immediately what it was. He scrambled to his feet and ran from the detonator, yelling to his squad, ?Detonator! Move!?

The explosion knocked him off his feet.

"It worked, they are joining the other battle, Commander take the sheilds down lower so we have enough power for the new weapons." Sobi called out over the bridge,"captin, commence bombardment on the rebel capital ships!"

Fates hand's large turrets started firing out large blasts consecutivly. They started pummeling into the capital ships like rocks onto wet paper

 

IC: Vader


Vader saw an explosion out of the corner of his eye.

"Troopers" Vader screamed."Come with me." Vader walked off towards the explosion. He saw a reble on the ground with her hands over her head.He realized who it was.

"Ah" Vader said in an amusing tone. "Tayeel, what a pleasant suprise. Get up!" Vader waited for her to stand, and get the scared look on her face like all rebels do when they see him.

Tayeel turned her head towards Vader. Her eyes widened when she saw him, but her expression turned dark and angry.

Slowly, she got to her feet.

IC as Kol

Kol raised his head from the ground. The thermal detonator had killed two members of his squad, but he forgot about them immediately, because he noticed Darth Vader approaching.

He scrambled to his feet and motioned for his men to surround the rebel.

Kol grabbed his blaster rifle from where it had been knocked from his hands, and walked over to the Sith Lord.

"Sir? One captured rebel, ready for processing, as ordered."

"Tie Defender Squadrons, ArchAngels, Diablos and Phantoms intercept incoming fighters, click back." Orderd Kha over the comm. and 36 Fighter comm clicks echoed back moments later, heading out to tangle with incoming enemy fighters.

Kha spun around in his command chair to study a larger view screen of the battle. Things seemed to be pretty even, Kha would fix that.

"Howlers, Beasts and Spice Runners initiate capture operation on fringe Assault Frigate designated Hope."
Kha's hands moved over the screen manipulating tables of information displaying estimated fleet strengths and values.

"Medusa and Griffon, peel off and destroy Light Calamari Cruiser designated Bastion, Hive, launch Assault Shuttle Squadrons Amazon and Trapper and board MC80 Class Calamari Cruiser designated Fortress."

"Affirmative." Replied the captains of the respective capitol ships.

"Crimson Tear, Tie Defender squadrons, cover them."

"Pull out all the stops, bring secondary generators online, power up the second and third tier shield generators and pull back all retractable hull positions. Open fire with all our guns!"

Swif looked back at Koren. " We...we..oh god." He fell to his knees panting. " This is horrible," He turned teary eyed to Koren, " We knew them all, we sent them to their death... Koren we forgot Tayeel!"
he turned around quickly, " Were do you think she is?!"

OOC: Hey Grishnakh, while i was gone, you posted that Tayeel was causing vader trouble. Why is that? I don't know what you had in mind. So now I don't know what to post.
