I can't get to the chat room, cause I'm still at school and all chat rooms are blocked!

 

Don't sweat it JG16, they must be hoggin' all of the cyberspace over there anyway. I've been trying to login to the 'Live' chat on the local site for about 15 minutes and keep getting nowhere. We'll just have to hold down the fort for awhile till they condescend to rejoin us.

 

I can do that . At least for the next few minutes or so, then I'm goin' home.

 

Sorry, guys, but JN got in. I wonder what the hold up is for you SS. Do you have some weird firewall setup or proxy settings?

WELL!!! Since the SW hyper-rush is over, I've recommited myself to the installation of our big double gates......I got one set of stanchion blocks and plates installed, and tomorrow, tomorrow is the day of reckoning....we'll see if Timmy's built-from-scratch, 2,700lb pillars are aligned correctly......my wife is gonna throw a hissy if they don't line up right, so everyone ask the Force to be with me tomorrow, K? im here, but ill be on & off today- i dig that chat room , but i dont know if i can keep up with a game- i got stuck yesterday(computer problem, i think) & i may have to drop out suddenly to keep my job

it was great till my boss called a quick meeting in my office - then my comp crapped out on me. i like dsl at home better but noone was on last night! i was up till like 12:30 workin on a figure.

 

I was on and off all night and didn't see anyone on! I'm just idling in there right now hoping someone will come visit me... *sniff*

 

i didnt want to start a new thread to say this, but it sure is quiet lately. no one has been in the chat room (when ive checked) since the problem was fixed. & page one has posts from 4 days ago. what happened to everybody ?

Funny how dead it seems without JO and Chunk posting a gazillion messages all day long. Those two really are the backbone of these boards.

SS- i was typing that same comment when my boss walked in about an hour ago. CW was right- i guess its just gonna be quiet during the day now. too bad. i was so glad when i found this board- my days were going by much faster- now im back to watching the clock, instead of watching for posts. bummer
