I'm not sure where all the Charlotte folks have gone, but I have contacted the CR to see what's up.

Don't give up. There are nice folks in this chapter. They're probably still recovering from the holidays.

 

Not just the holidays, but from recording a CD, moving across town and a lot of other stuff.

I'm not really alive.

Well, sort of. But you know what I mean. I think. Oh hell, I have no idea what I'm talking about. bloody hangovers.

Oh. Gregory is still alive. Infact, I took him home from work last week in my death truck. And I hear Tracy is still alive from friends though I don't have her number anymore since she moved. Oh, and so is Clay; he and I talked for a few hours the other day.

I think I just need to be the nag-man.

Maybe you guys could come with my chapter and we can do a double Fan Force Meeting somtime maybe at Carowinds somtime this year or go see ROTS when it comes out.

Hey James, are you in a band? Which one? I have a friend who played guitar in a few Charlotte bands. He was in an original band, Crosswind, and was also in Swamp Bash and most recently in Bait And Switch.

I was but I can't go now since I dont enough money to go.

 

I want to go but I'd rather spend two grande on a computer instead of a weekend. Especially since there aren't too many people that would want to meet me at C3 from these forums.

As for a meetup; when does Carrowinds open up again? March?
I say we go opening weekend and hit Top Gun and pretend we're X-Wing pilots. I do that all the time. hehe.

And I'm going to hire a nag man.

As for me being in a band. yeah, I'm in one, but we don't play shows. We're more of a studio act because the drummer lives in Cali -- infact, I met him here on the JC. I play acoustic shows every now and then around random parts of town and get told to leave after 6 songs or so.

I am alive.

Working on a CD as well, working a ton, going to school.

Currently our next sched'd event is the midnight premiere of Episode III. I know of a ton of people who will be there.

Other than that, we've been terrible at getting people together for meets.
