I have to admit I am dreadful at maths, & that is what JTN is good at, so there's no contest there, he just likes to be right at everything! :p

Recently, JTN & I were having a debate, we have no idea what it was about now, but all we remember is 21-16, lets just say I was not thinking to well, I was too busy trying to win (the debate) instead of the answer, so I said 10, I was convinced it was right, how bad is that? JTN is quite happy to rub that in, he finds it so funny.

I know the answer is 5...now, a little too late.

    [face_blush]

So JTN forte is numbers. [face_love]

With both my girls now in school, we are having fun with spelling & reading for homework, so much fun.
JN1 has being getting mostly 10/10, so homework is obviously paying off, but it has got me thinking...

Does anyone think that our English should be like the Americans??
Eg. Night, they spell it, Nite. They spell things like it sounds.

It would be hard to learn English, they do say its the hardest language to learn, & us Aussie like to use Slang.
