Where is the rebel base in ROTJ?

In ANH, its on a moon of Yavin. In ESB, its on Hoth. They don't seem to have one in ROTJ. They just meet on ships to plan the destruction of the DSII.

 

You just answered your own question. Their base is on the fleet.

Yeah, that's what the word "fleet" means in the dictionary. It's a task force of loads of ships. I thought everyone knew that!
