What happen to VIO? I heard that there is a nationwide hunt looking for him????

Yes, I have been wondering this for some time. The MSU level is a little low around here.

 

There is a great disturbance in the force. I feel a presence I have not felt in sometime.

Good to be back. Rumors of being kidnapped by the mouse in Florida were true and as always work has been a bug a boo. However; now that I am back, we need to get somethings straight.

1. First and foremost is lunch. The last Friday this month is 2/29/08. Anyone up for Chipoltes?

2. Long overdue winter contest. I am ready and as first prize will be a complete set of original 4,5, and 6 DVD's. I would like to open this up to other boards to really get our post count up, but want help with the contest. Please advise, all input welcome.

3. MSU hoops has been disappointing this year, and the BTN has made it hard to catch our Spartans, but with Izzo leading the way, no worries.

Taun We.....what is up in hoops land, I just think we are out of sink, we don't seem to be playing as well as when we took Texas in December. I was at the game and afterwards had visions of Sugarplums dancing in my head.

Unfortunately the commute is a bit much for me, but I would like to meet some of you for real some day

VIO, re: hoops - I wish I could say, "fear not - March is right around the corner", but I don't know if I see a Final Four for the Green and White this year (unless Tulane makes a late run).

 

Apart from the IU scandal, 2008 is the year of Indiana basketball. (Baylor, ND, IU.)

 

TW don't forgot about our man Izzo, he is the Magic Man of March

X, can you give me a little more on that IU scandal....

 

MT....Coach at IU has been accused of 5 major recruiting violations and lying to cover them up. Will probably be fired and university will be on propation.

 

In reference to other posts in another thread...this thread seemed to work to bring VIO out of hiding last time.

wow, so he's not even lurking in the corner keeping tabs on us. he's just.... absent. is this foot injury/surgery season? apparently his office-mate was voted favorite podiatrist for 2008 by the tribune. maybe they should not do such a good job AND be friendly. that way he could spend more time with us.

VIO has been very busy at work as of late and has next to nothing for free time. I have been working a ton of hours also at work. But fear not loyal SBFF members, I'm sure it won't last forever.

 

Well then.

We just need to have a hosted get-together to play some SW TP (or Risk, or watch The Clone Wars, etc.) and eat some pizza and drink some beer.
